ARTICLE 1 – Scope of Application<\/h3>
The online store « wattiz.fr » is operated by the company SARL LSNR.<\/p>
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by SARL LSNR with non-professional buyers wishing to purchase the products offered for sale by the Seller on its website wattiz.fr.<\/p>
These terms apply to the exclusion of all others, including those applicable to sales in-store or through other distribution and marketing channels.<\/p>
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at any time on this website and shall prevail, if necessary, over any other version or any other contradictory document.<\/p>
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by SARL LSNR constitutes proof of all transactions.<\/p>
In accordance with Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code, the content of « wattiz.fr » allows the customer, before concluding an order, to know the essential characteristics of the product(s) selected.<\/p>
<\/p>
Product offers are subject to availability. Availability information is provided at the time of order placement.<\/p>
Changes to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to users of the site from the date of their publication and cannot apply to transactions concluded prior to such changes.<\/p>
<\/p>
The validation of the order by the buyer constitutes acceptance without reservation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>
ARTICLE 2 – Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>
The Buyer has, in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-21 of the French Consumer Code, a period of 14 working days from the delivery of the products to inform SARL LSNR of their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal. The buyer must then return the products to the Seller for exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned in their original unopened packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days of communicating their decision to withdraw. Damaged, opened, used, soiled or incomplete items will neither be refunded nor exchanged. Return shipping costs shall be borne exclusively by the Buyer. The return of products must be accompanied by the invoice. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date SARL LSNR receives the returned items. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.<\/p>

Any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned in its entirety (including accessories and manuals) and in its original packaging in perfect condition, via registered Colissimo with insurance covering the market value of the returned products, to the following address: SARL LSNR, boulevard d’Europe, 14540 Bourguebus, FRANCE.<\/p>
ARTICLE 3 – Order Validation<\/h3>
It is the responsibility of the Customer to select the products they wish to order on the website.<\/p>
<\/p>
Any order form signed by the customer by "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance that cannot be challenged except in the cases specifically provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, such as the right of withdrawal and stock shortages.<\/p>
<\/p>
Under the law of 13 March 2000 on electronic signatures, from the moment the customer records their order or "double clicks" on any order form, the customer's order is considered accepted knowingly and irrevocably, including the prices, volumes and quantities.<\/p>
<\/p>
Order acceptance is conditional upon payment and receipt of the full amount.<\/p>
<\/p>
If the Customer cancels the order after it has been accepted by the Seller, beyond the 14 days resulting from the right of withdrawal, for any reason other than force majeure, an amount equal to 10% of the total invoice will be due to the Seller as damages and interest, in compensation for the resulting loss.<\/p>
Given the large number of orders processed daily, and in order to meet occasional needs, SARL LSNR always allows the addition of orders, subject to the following rule: if the customer wishes to add one or more product(s) to an order already placed, they must place a new order. Shipping costs for this new addition order will only be refunded if the preparers have time to add the item. If this is not the case, the order will be shipped as a normal order. <\/p>
ARTICLE 4 – Pricing<\/h3>
Products are supplied at the prevailing prices shown on the website at the time the order is recorded by the Seller. Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT (value-added tax).<\/p>
These prices are fixed and not subject to revision during their period of validity, as indicated on the Seller's website. They do not include processing, shipping, transport and delivery fees, which are charged in addition.<\/p>
An electronic invoice is issued by the Seller and sent to the customer at the email address provided by the latter.<\/p>
<\/p>
SARL LSNR reserves the right to cancel any orders where prices or availability are incorrect due to a computer bug, hacking, input error or any other internal or external malpractice. SARL LSNR undertakes to notify the customer, cancel the order and, if necessary, process a refund. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, by credit card, PayPal, Bitcoin or bank transfer. If you notice an error, please contact us by email at contact@wattiz.fr.<\/p>

ARTICLE 5 – Payment Terms<\/p>
<\/p>
The price is payable in full on the day the Buyer places the order.<\/p>
To pay for their order, SARL LSNR offers the buyer different payment methods specified on the order form, namely: secure credit card payment, PayPal, PayPal Express, bank transfer, cryptocurrencies, credit card with secure payments in 2x, 3x or 4x installments. The latter payment method is governed by the contract below and its use constitutes full and complete acceptance of the terms of the contract detailed below.<\/p>
ARTICLE 5 – Payment Terms<\/h3>
The price is payable in full on the day the Buyer places the order.<\/p>
To pay for their order, SARL LSNR offers the buyer different payment methods specified on the order form, namely: secure credit card payment, bank transfer or direct debit.<\/p>
Payments by credit card are debited at the time the order is placed.<\/p>
<\/p>
Any order paid by bank transfer will only be processed once payment has been received. Delivery times will be recalculated from the date payment is received.<\/p>
Direct debit is an option that SARL LSNR may offer to its customers once the customer has made their first purchases (10 or more) by credit card or bank transfer, and the company has been in existence for 3 years or more.<\/p>
If a direct debit is rejected, SARL LSNR will require the customer to pay by credit card. This rejection will automatically suspend the direct debit option; reinstatement will only take place once any outstanding invoices have been settled. A fee of €6 excluding VAT will be applied for any rejected direct debit.<\/p>
SARL LSNR reserves the right to suspend all order processing and delivery in the event of refusal of payment authorization by credit card from officially accredited bodies or in the event of total or partial non-payment.<\/p>
SARL LSNR reserves the right to refuse to deliver or fulfill an order from a customer who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.<\/p>
SARL LSNR cannot be held liable for any misappropriation or fraudulent use of any payment method that was not detected by the verification process.<\/p>
SARL LSNR retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of all sums due by the customer under their order, including fees and taxes.<\/p>
Ownership of a product purchased from SARL LSNR will not be transferred to a third party by SARL LSNR.<\/p>
Only the original buyer of the product can claim the benefits of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>

Failure to comply with any of these clauses of the contract, in particular the non-payment of a single installment on the agreed dates or any false or inaccurate declaration by you, in particular regarding your civil status and bank details, will result in the immediate due date of the remaining balance, which will bear interest at the legal rate from the date of formal notice.<\/p>
<\/p>
Furthermore, any significant payment incident may result in registration in the national file held by the Banque de France.<\/p>
<\/p>
In the event of non-payment, SARL LSNR, as creditor, may, after a simple formal notice to pay that remains unanswered, initiate recovery proceedings against the buyer.<\/p>
<\/p>
Jurisdiction<\/p><\/p>
Any dispute relating to this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of SARL LSNR.<\/p>
<\/p>
Availability of the option to pay in installments<\/p>
ARTICLE 6 – Shipping / Delivery<\/h3>6.1 General Conditions<\/b><\/h6> <\/b><\/h6>
Shipping times depend on the payment method chosen by the customer, as order preparation only begins once payment has been received and processed.<\/p>
If a product ordered is unavailable, particularly due to our suppliers, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and SARL LSNR reserves the right to cancel the order in whole or in part and refund the corresponding amounts. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. <\/p>
As availability information is provided by our suppliers, product unavailability cannot engage SARL LSNR’s liability or entitle the customer to claim damages.<\/p>
Unless otherwise specified or a product is unavailable, ordered products will be delivered in a single shipment.<\/p>
Deliveries are handled by an independent carrier chosen by the buyer:<\/p>
<\/p>
For Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco: Colissimo 2 to 3 working days, Chronopost 24h to 48h, Fedex 24h to 48h, GLS 48h to 72h.<\/p>
For international destinations: delivery in 2 to 7 working days via Chronopost, Fedex or GLS depending on the destination.<\/p>
For Overseas Territories: delivery in 3 to 8 working days via Chronopost<\/p>
Heavy and bulky parcels will be shipped by a specific carrier, which may result in longer delivery times. <\/p>
Parcels are shipped on the same day as the order, or the following day, except on Saturdays and Sundays (company closure days). The deadline for same-day shipping is 2:00 PM.<\/p>
Delivery times are given for guidance only, based on data provided by carriers, and do not constitute a sales promise. SARL LSNR cannot be held liable for any carrier-related delivery delays.<\/p>
<\/p>
If the actual delivery time exceeds 14 days (excluding force majeure, health emergencies or natural disasters) from the date the order leaves SARL LSNR’s premises, SARL LSNR undertakes to refund shipping costs to the Buyer upon simple request. The amounts paid by the Buyer will be reimbursed, excluding any compensation or deduction, in accordance with Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, by credit card or bank transfer.<\/p>
<\/p>
If the Buyer requests specific packaging or shipping conditions for the ordered products, which are duly accepted in writing by the Seller, any related costs will be invoiced separately, subject to prior written acceptance by the Buyer.<\/p>
<\/p>
The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer on the order form.<\/p>
The customer is responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of the information provided to SARL LSNR. SARL LSNR cannot be held liable for any input errors and their consequences in terms of delays or delivery errors. In this context, all costs incurred for the redelivery of the order will be borne entirely by the customer.<\/p>
SARL LSNR cannot be held liable for delivery delays due to address errors, telephone numbers provided by the buyer or force majeure (natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.).<\/p>The customer must check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods upon delivery. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing item compared to the delivery note, damaged parcel, broken products...) must be clearly and fully noted as “reserves” in handwriting on the transport receipt, accompanied by the customer’s signature, and this in the presence of the delivery driver. If the parcel arrives open or damaged via La Poste or Chronopost, the customer must have a “spoliation report” (form 170) drawn up by the postman or the relevant post office so that SARL LSNR can open an investigation and a compensation procedure.<\/p>
The customer must also confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier, within two (2) working days following the delivery date, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt detailing the complaint.<\/p>
The customer must simultaneously inform SARL LSNR by sending a copy of this letter (with the original “spoliation report” if applicable) to: SARL LSNR, boulevard d’Europe, 14540 Bourguebus, FRANCE or by email to contact@wattiz.fr within two working days. After this period and if these formalities have not been complied with, no claim can be validly accepted by the Seller. <\/p>
Depending on the delivery location, promotional offers and the order amount, the customer may benefit from free delivery under certain conditions. These conditions will be specified at the time of the promotional offers. Some products may not qualify for free delivery due to their weight or size. A flat fee per unit will then be charged to the customer at the time of ordering (this information is indicated at the bottom of the description of the products concerned)<\/p>

<\/p>
6.2 Specific Conditions for Dropshipping<\/h6> <\/h6>
SARL LSNR allows dropshipping in France and abroad under certain conditions.<\/p>
1. The customer is solely responsible for the information entered when placing the order. Any parcel returned to our warehouse due to an error attributable to the final recipient or to an input error by the customer (incomplete address, unclaimed parcel, delivery refusal...) will result in the invoicing of return shipping costs to be borne exclusively by the customer (reseller).<\/p>
These costs correspond to the cost of returning the parcel invoiced by the carrier and the issuance of the return form.<\/p>
2. Although delivery times are given for guidance only, a delivery delay cannot lead to order cancellation or compensation as long as the product is in transit.<\/p>
3. In case of urgent need for delivery, the customer must place a new order. SARL LSNR will only process a new shipment if the carrier has acknowledged the loss of the parcel and validated the dispute request. <\/p>
4. If a parcel is declared lost or delivered without being received, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. A replacement or refund will be offered depending on the results of the investigation conducted with the carrier. <\/p>
5. In case of any issues with the product(s), the customer is their own point of contact. Any requests from the recipient will not be processed; all queries must be made by the store that placed the order.<\/p>
6. In addition to shipping costs, each return will incur a processing fee of €3, which covers:<\/p>
- receipt and identification of the parcel<\/p>
- technical inspection of the spare part (checking for new condition and absence of assembly)<\/p>
- administrative processing of the file (credit note or reshipment)<\/p>
These processing fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer and will be systematically deducted from any credit issued.<\/p>
6.3 Refund or Reshipment Terms<\/h6><\/h6> <\/h6>
In case of a credit note, the amount will be calculated based on the unit price excluding VAT, after deducting return shipping costs and the processing fees mentioned above.<\/p>
Suspensive condition for reshipment: The parcel will be kept pending in our warehouse. If the customer does not provide instructions or settle the matter within 15 calendar days of receiving the return, the goods will be considered abandoned. They may then be restocked or destroyed, and no credit or compensation can be claimed by the customer.<\/p>

ARTICLE 7 – Delivery Errors – Non-Conforming Products – Product Returns – Customer Service<\/h3>
7.1. Liability<\/o:p><\/b><\/p>- The After-Sales Service is one of our major commitments. However, as distributors, we are subject to and strictly apply the manufacturers' return conditions.<\/o:p><\/li><\/ul>
7.2. Products Purchased by Mistake<\/b><\/o:p><\/p>- Products ordered by mistake (incorrect diagnosis, wrong reference...) can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is still available on Wattiz. After this period, they can in no way be accepted for return. Only batteries and controllers purchased by mistake will not be accepted for return, regardless of the purchase date.<\/o:p><\/li>

- The return request must be made via the "my tickets" section from the personal account dashboard. It is essential to specify the reason for the return as "purchase made by mistake".<\/o:p><\/li>

- The products must be in perfect condition and must never have been used. In addition, the outer packaging must also be perfectly new and must not bear any writing, price tags, labels, etc.<\/o:p><\/li>
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.<\/o:p><\/li>
- Any return of a functional product (purchased by mistake) via a standard warranty procedure will be refused.<\/o:p><\/li>
- Returns of products purchased by mistake are only possible for spare parts. Other products (tools, accessories, etc.) cannot be accepted for return for this reason.<\/o:p><\/li><\/ul>
7.3. General Procedure<\/b><\/p>*A spare part return must be preceded by creating a return via your customer account; this must then be approved by Customer Service. Any return of goods made without a form or with a manually filled form cannot be processed by our services. Spare parts must be returned only to the company located at Boulevard de l'Europe in Bourguebus (14540). <\/p><\/o:p><\/li>*Products from the clearance category will neither be taken back nor exchanged. <\/p><\/li>
*If the received parts do not strictly match the return form (missing part, wrong reference...), the full processing of the return is immediately suspended pending additional information from the customer.<\/p><\/o:p><\/li>*Stickers or warranty stamps on spare parts must under no circumstances be removed or damaged. A part cannot be accepted for warranty if it does not bear the original warranty sticker.<\/p><\/o:p><\/li>*The customer bears the risks associated with shipping the Customer Service parcel.<\/p><\/o:p><\/li>*Processing time is a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of the parcel. This period may be extended in the event of exceptional circumstances: service holidays, peak activity, absence of one or more members of the dedicated team, etc.<\/p><\/o:p><\/li>*A return handled by us generates the sending of a return label. The customer has 15 days to send us the product(s) from the date the transport form is issued. After this period, the label will no longer be valid and the return will be at the customer's expense.<\/p><\/li>
*The value retained for the product will be that of the date the credit note is issued (and not the initial purchase date) to allow the customer to reorder the same product directly. However, the refund value cannot exceed the purchase price of the product.<\/p><\/li>
7.4. Handling of Anomalies<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul>- We strongly recommend requesting the return of parts not accepted in the return form. If this step is not completed, the return of parts cannot be requested after processing.<\/o:p><\/li>
- Any complaint must be submitted within 5 working days of the parcel being processed under warranty. After this period, non-accepted parts will be destroyed and no complaint can be considered.<\/o:p><\/li>
- Any parcel with anomalies (RMA not created or not compliant) will be kept for a period of 20 working days. After this period, the parts will be automatically destroyed and cannot be subject to any handling.<\/o:p><\/li><\/ul>
7.5. Warranty on Spare Parts<\/o:p><\/b><\/p><\/p>
- Spare parts with manufacturing defects must be returned in perfect condition and must not show any scratches or signs of use (including glue or adhesive traces). Protective films must be present, particularly on displays.<\/o:p><\/li>
- The warranty period for our spare parts depends on the type of part. This is specified in the warranty conditions.<\/o:p><\/li>
- No product can be accepted for warranty under the manufacturer's warranty if it shows any kind of damage (impact, deformation, oxidation, etc.).<\/o:p><\/li><\/ul>
The warranty covers normal use and correct installation,
Our product warranty is valid as long as it is due to a manufacturing defect and not to misuse or mishandling.
Any significant modification of the products may cause failure and voids the warranty
Any signs of oxidation/moisture will void the warranty.<\/p>
7.6.Warranty Period for Wear Parts<\/b><\/p>
7.6.1 Legal Warranty<\/b><\/p>- In accordance with Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code, the seller is liable for hidden defects in the sold item that render it unfit for its intended use or significantly diminish its usability, provided the buyer was unaware of these defects at the time of purchase.<\/li><\/ul>Please note that the provisions relating to the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) do not apply to sales concluded between professionals. 7.6.2 Commercial Warranty The products sold by LSNR WATTIZ benefit from a contractual warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for a variable duration depending on the products, starting from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified on the product sheet or quote. The warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective product or, if replacement is not possible, to the issuance of a credit note for the amount initially invoiced. The implementation of the warranty does not extend its lifespan. 7.6.3 Warranty Period and Exclusions Technical & structural parts: 12 months (chargers) Technical & structural parts: 6 months (motors, controllers, frames and structural metal parts, personal protective equipment (helmets, etc.), displays) Technical & structural parts: 3 months (accelerators, triggers (NFC, key), lighting) Battery & accessories: 3 months (batteries, BMS, various accessories (phone holder, luggage, etc.)) Wear parts (consumables): upon unboxing (tires, inner tubes, brake pads, discs, rubber handles – warranty limited to manufacturing defects observed before assembly)
7.6.4 Specific Conditions of Application
For batteries: the 3-month warranty only covers manufacturing defects (defective cell, faulty BMS). It is excluded in case of deep discharge (voltage below the critical threshold), prolonged storage without charging, or signs of moisture. For electronic parts (motors, controllers, chargers, accelerators), the warranty is void in case of signs of oxidation, corrosion or water infiltration, regardless of the product's IP rating. Cutting cables or modifying connectors voids the warranty. Frames and metal parts: the warranty covers defects in welding or molding. It does not cover breaks, cracks or twists resulting from impacts, falls or acrobatic use (jumps, freestyle).
7.6.5 General Exclusions<\/p>
The commercial warranty does not apply in the following cases:<\/p>
- non-compliant assembly; installation carried out without respecting assembly rules or technical recommendations<\/p>
- modification of the vehicle: installation on a scooter that has been unbridled or whose electrical characteristics have been modified<\/p>
- normal wear and tear: aesthetic degradation, scratches or natural reduction in battery capacity due to charge cycles<\/p>
- lack of supporting documents: failure to provide the purchase invoice or proof of purchase<\/p>
7.6.6 Return Terms<\/p>
Any warranty return must be agreed in advance. Return shipping costs to our warehouse are borne by the customer. If the defect is confirmed and covered by the warranty, the seller will, at its discretion, repair, replace or issue a credit note for the defective part.<\/p>
7.6.7 Limitation of Liability<\/p>
As a professional reseller of spare parts, the buyer acknowledges being solely responsible for diagnosing the fault and selecting the ordered part.<\/p>
Unless proven fault on the part of the seller, its liability is expressly limited to the purchase price of the disputed product. The seller cannot in any case be held liable for indirect and/or non-material damages, such as loss of business, loss of customers, loss of earnings, or labor costs incurred by the buyer for replacing the parts.<\/p>
7.6.8 Receipt and Inspection of Products (Apparent Defects)<\/p>
7.6.8.1 Buyer’s Obligations upon Delivery<\/p>
The buyer, as a professional, is required to inspect the condition and conformity of the delivered products upon receipt.<\/p>
Parcel inspection: the buyer must check the external condition of the packaging. In case of apparent damage (opened, crushed, wet parcel...), the buyer must make precise and justified reservations on the carrier’s delivery note and inform the seller in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to make reservations means the parcel is deemed delivered in perfect condition, and no subsequent claim can be made.<\/p>
Product inspection: the buyer must verify the qualitative and quantitative condition of the products inside the parcel.<\/p>
7.6.8.2 Claim Period for Apparent Defects<\/p>
Any claim regarding an apparent defect (visibly damaged, scratched, broken product), non-conformity of the delivered product (wrong reference or model), or missing items compared to the delivery note must be sent to the seller within a maximum of 72 hours from delivery.<\/p>
7.6.8.3 Consequences of Failure to Claim<\/p>
After the 72-hour period, the delivered products will be deemed conforming in quantity and quality and accepted by the buyer. No subsequent claim for apparent defect or non-conformity will be admissible.<\/p>

ARTICLE 8 – Transfer of Ownership – Transfer of Risk<\/h3>
Ownership of the products sold by the Seller to the Buyer will only transfer after full payment by the latter, regardless of the delivery date of the products.<\/p>
ARTICLE 9 – Seller’s Liability – Warranty<\/h3>
The products provided by the Seller benefit, in accordance with legal provisions, from the legal warranty of conformity, the legal warranty against hidden defects arising from a defect in materials, design or manufacturing affecting the delivered products and rendering them unfit for use, and the manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the products and brands concerned.<\/p>
Any warranty is excluded in case of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance by the Buyer, as well as in case of normal wear and tear, accident or force majeure, and the Seller’s warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of non-conforming or defective products.<\/p>
To assert their rights, the Buyer must, under penalty of forfeiture of any related action, inform the Seller in writing of the existence of defects within a maximum of 8 days from their discovery.<\/p>
The Seller will replace or repair defective products or parts under warranty.<\/p>
The products sold on the website comply with the regulations in force in France. The Seller’s liability cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country to which the products are delivered, which it is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify.<\/p>
The Buyer is solely responsible for the choice of products, their storage and their use.<\/p>
The Seller will not be considered liable or at fault for any delay or non-performance resulting from the occurrence of a case of force majeure as generally recognized by French case law.<\/p>
Any electrical equipment supplied as a kit must be connected by a qualified professional electrician. SARL LSNR’s liability cannot in any way be engaged in case of non-compliance with these installation requirements.<\/p>
As an essential condition of the sale, it is recalled that the Buyer is solely responsible, in particular, for the use of the Seller’s Products, their suitability for the intended use and their destination. The buyer undertakes not to use the Seller’s Products in any way that is contrary to public order, the provisions of the Public Health Code, and more generally the legal or regulatory provisions applicable under French and European law.<\/p>
Article 10: Partial Non-Validation<\/h3>
If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or declared such by operation of law, regulation or a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.<\/p>
ARTICLE 11 – Data Protection<\/h3>
In application of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, it is recalled that the personal data requested from the Buyer is necessary for processing their order and issuing invoices, among other things.<\/p>
The processing of information provided via the Seller’s website has been declared to the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).<\/p>
