Ordering and shipping
Your order will arrive in 2 to 4 days depending on the delivery method chosen. The fastest is Chronopost.
To create an account go to the "My account" page
Go to the Account details page to change your personal information.
With each order the carrier you have chosen sends you your tracking link by email and by SMS.
We never keep your payment information. We do not have access to it and cannot consult it.
We do charge VAT. The rate will be 20%.
We deliver to France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The majority of the items on sale on our site are stored in our warehouse. However, for every 30 kg, a new parcel is used due to limitations imposed by the Mondial relais and Chronopost services.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of the order date. Products must be new and unused.
We do our best to provide you with the best service. Human error can happen. In this case please contact us and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
We pack the items carefully but sometimes the carriers have had a bad night. If your order has arrived damaged, please send us photos of the package and the items concerned. We will sort out the problem as soon as possible.

Please contact us by phone as soon as possible! If your parcel has not yet left we will be able to correct your address.
Contact us, if your package has not yet left you can modify or cancel your order.
