80/65-6 tubetype off-road tire Zero 10X/Kaabo/Dualtron Victor

Size and equivalents

The 80/65-6 is also designated 10x3 or 255x80: outer diameter 255 mm, width 80 mm, 6 inch rim. All three notations refer to the same tyre.

Note that the 6 inch rim is not interchangeable with the 6.5 inch. This is the leading cause of error on this size: the 10x2.75-6.5 and the 10x3.0-6 look similar in designation but do not fit the same wheel.

Off road tread

Knobbly tread for tracks, broken surfaces and off-road riding. The 80 mm width provides contact area and stability on loose ground.

On tarmac this tread is noisier and wears faster than a road tyre. For mainly urban use, see the PN-06 in tubetype or the PN-140 in tubeless.

Tubetype fitment

This tyre is fitted with an inner tube, to be ordered separately. It is the easiest fitment to repair in the workshop: a puncture is fixed by replacing the tube, with no sealant and no airtight rim required.

Sold individually, fits front or rear. Weight 690 g.

The seven versions of this size

Wattiz stocks the 80/65-6 in seven versions. The size is identical, only the fitment and tread change.

PN-05 — tubetype off road, standard quality
PN-06 — tubetype road
PN-140 — reinforced tubeless
PN-141 — reinforced off road tubeless

Tubetype and tubeless are not freely interchangeable: switching to tubeless requires an airtight rim, going back to tubetype requires adding an inner tube.
