Size
8.5x2 inner tube for a 140 mm rim. This size fits the Zero 8, Zero 9 and machines with the same fitment. The rubber adapts to a range of widths around 2 inches.
The 8.5x2 comes in several rim diameters
This is the key point on this size: the 8.5x2 fits rims of different diameters depending on the machine — 140 mm here, 156 mm on the Xiaomi family. A tube made for a 140 mm rim will be too small on a 156 mm one.
Check the rim diameter before ordering. The size alone is not enough.
45x45° valve
The valve is angled at 45 degrees on both segments. This intermediate angle is dictated by the rim and mudguard geometry: it gives access to the valve with an inflator head where a straight valve would be unreachable, without requiring the double bend of a 90x90°.
A 45x45° valve does not replace a straight valve, nor a 0x90°, nor a 90x90°.
Fitting
Sold individually. Inflate the tube slightly before inserting it into the tyre to avoid folds, and make sure it is not pinched between the bead and the rim before bringing it up to pressure.
